Born in Taiwan in 1961. Had his first individual exhibition in 1983. Has been living and working in France since 1987. In 1991, was given a studio in Auvers-sur-Oise by the French Ministry of Culture. Now live and work in Paris and Beijing and Taipei.
Alixe received his BFA from the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Chinese Culture Taipei, Taiwan. Active in the arts since the 1980s, He has individual exhibited extensively in the world, in Taiwan, in French, in Japan, and New York.
His work can be found in the Collection at the Museum of Daubigny(France); Fine Arts Museum of Taipei, Hong-Gah Museum(Taiwan) ; Museum Nakasendo and City Mizunami (Japan); Museum Anting New Town, Shanghai(China).
Many group exhibitions (including the National History Museum of Taiwan, the Taipei Museum of Fine-Arts, and in Paris, the Grand Palais and the George Pompidou Center, in china the Museum Shanghai, and the Museum He Xianging. In New York Cork Gallery, in Washington, in Korea…)
Alixe has received numerous awards, including two grant from the National Foundation of the Arts in Taiwan and three publics Arts accomplished in France and in Taiwan.
